Pine Hills Farmstead

Pine Hills Farmstead in Frankfort grows and produces cut flowers, and it sells them in a way that follows the growing season. Its Bouquet CSA Membership works like a farm share for flowers, with a subscription bringing eight bouquets between the last frost of spring and the first frost of fall.

CSA stands for community supported agriculture, and it is more often a box of vegetables. Here the harvest is blooms. The farm also runs a roadside stand set directly on the Pine Hills Golf Course, which makes it easy to pick up fresh flowers on the way past.
