About
Oriskany Flats is a 750-acre stretch of fallow farmland near Oriskany, left to grow back in various stages of natural succession. About 15 percent of the property is wetland habitat, a combination of open ground and wet areas that wildlife tends to favor and that gives nature lovers plenty to look at.
