Oot Brothers Inc

Oot Brothers Inc is a land developer and new home builder based in East Syracuse, a village just east of Syracuse in Onondaga County. The company works on the front end of residential building, preparing land and constructing new homes from the ground up, before a family ever moves in.

For anyone thinking about building rather than buying an existing house, a local builder is the person to talk to about lots, floor plans and the building process. Working with a builder who also develops land can simplify things, since one company can handle both the lot and the house.
