Nikki’s Cupcake Creations

Gourmet cupcakes arrive at weddings, birthday parties and other events courtesy of Nikki’s Cupcake Creations, a mobile business based in Central Square, in Oswego County. As a food truck, it comes to the celebration instead of waiting for customers to find a storefront. That makes it a good fit for dessert tables at weddings and for birthday parties.

Every cupcake is made with love, according to the baker, who simply loves to bake and make people smile. Because the truck moves from place to place, its location changes, so tracking down where it will be next is part of the fun.
