Home to the Great New York State Fair, one of America’s best-attended state fairs, New York State Fairgrounds is a Syracuse landmark. The 375-acre site, also known as the Empire Expo Center, is one of the largest and most versatile year-round exhibition facilities in North America.
Eleven permanent buildings and more than 300,000 square feet of flexible exhibit space handle meetings, consumer shows, banquets, concerts, agriculture and equine programs, dirt racing and sports events. The grounds draw more than two million visitors a year, and all facilities are accessible for patrons with special needs.
