The Cooperstown location of Montezuma Winery & Hidden Marsh Distillery is a satellite tasting room the Martin family opened in 2021. The family had long visited relatives in the area and fell in love with the landscape, the attractions and the small community. It brings a taste of the Finger Lakes to the village.
Montezuma Winery makes approachable wines, from the popular Cranberry Bog wine and a traditional sweet mead to Sparkling Diamond Pét-Nat, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. Hidden Marsh Distillery adds bourbons, a BEE vodka distilled from honey and a maple liqueur, all available to sample in the tasting room.
