On the northwest corner of Syracuse Hancock International Airport, Million Air Syracuse is a full-service private aviation terminal, known in the industry as an FBO. It sits off Interstate 81, which makes it simple for pilots, passengers and crews to reach. It serves private flights rather than commercial airline passengers.
The facility was built from the ground up and is new throughout: a heated hangar with LED lighting and a white epoxy floor, a new ramp, and new ground power and air starter units. Inside there are two large conference rooms, and WiFi reaches the hangar and the ramp. An onsite Customs and Immigration office serves travelers arriving from abroad.
