McLane Northeast
About
Behind the scenes in Baldwinsville, McLane Northeast runs a wholesale distribution operation as part of the McLane Company, a large national supply-chain business that moves products to retailers and food-service customers. It is an industrial employer on the Seneca River side of Onondaga County. It is a logistics operation that keeps goods moving toward store shelves.
Distribution centers like this one rarely open to the public, but they keep shelves stocked at stores around the region and employ local workers. For Baldwinsville, it is a reminder that the village has a working, logistics-minded side as well as a pretty downtown.
