Madison County Distillery

Madison County Distillery makes small-batch spirits on a 200-year-old farm known as The Maples, just east of Cazenovia. The family-owned business works out of a restored 5,000-square-foot barn, where a German copper still anchors the operation and the mood stays relaxed and country, with views of pastures and woods.

Guests can tour the distillery, try local food pairings, catch live music or simply sit back with a handcrafted spirit. Spacious tasting rooms, a loft and an outdoor seating area give visitors plenty of room to linger on a nice afternoon.
