Louise Cafe – Everson
About
Louise Cafe – Everson is more than a café, built as an immersive experience by the Los Angeles architecture firm MILLIØNS, led by Zeina Koreitem and John May. It’s tied to the Everson Museum of Art in Syracuse. Its design lets the dining room itself feel like part of the art.
Custom-designed tables cater to solo, semi-communal and communal dining, and Danielle Mercuri Campolito and the Drēmer Restaurant Group bring their expertise to the menu. Each ceramic piece comes with an interactive feature: scan it with a phone to learn about the artist and the inspiration behind the work.
