Local 315 Brewing Company grows several varieties of hops on its own farm in Warners, then uses them in its beers along with as many New York State ingredients as it can find. It’s a farm-to-glass approach to craft beer in the Syracuse area. Growing its own hops gives it a real farm connection.

The name is a nod to 315, the area code that covers Central New York, and the brewery’s motto is simply keeping it local. Dining is part of the visit too, so it works as a stop for a meal as well as a pint.
