Lead with Rhythm Team Building Events

Lead with Rhythm Team Building Events, known as LWR, brings drums and music to gatherings of every size in New Hartford and beyond. The idea is simple: people love to gather, laugh, dance and play music together, so LWR brings the rhythm to the group instead of asking the group to find a venue built for it.

Sessions can be built around a team message, a movement-based workout, or a twist for a dance class, yoga session or wine or beer tasting. The facilitator has more than 35 years of experience teaching drumming to all ages and groups, with degrees in education and organizational behavior, and aims for connection, release and plenty of fun.
