Indeck Energy Services of Oswego

Electricity and heat come from the same fuel at Indeck Energy Services of Oswego, a co-generation power plant in Oswego, the Lake Ontario port city in Oswego County. That is a more efficient approach than producing each one separately. Power plants are not a business most people see up close, but everyday life depends on them.

Plants like this are a quiet but important part of the local energy picture, and they depend on skilled operators and technicians. Oswego has long been an energy and industrial hub on the lake, and this facility is part of that story.
