HOTWORX Camillus
About
Infrared sauna workouts are the specialty at HOTWORX Camillus, a fitness studio serving the Camillus area just west of Syracuse in Onondaga County. HOTWORX is known for sessions in a heated, sauna-style room, a different spin on the usual gym routine that appeals to people who like to sweat it out.
The format draws people who want a different kind of workout, with the heat adding to the effort. Camillus-area residents who want a gym alternative close to home have a local studio to try, and the brand has locations across the country.
