Skilled, compassionate care for patients and families coping with advanced illness is the mission of Hospice of CNY. The nonprofit serves the Central New York region from Liverpool, in Onondaga County, with hospice services and programs designed for people at one of life’s hardest moments and for those around them.
Hospice services center on comfort, dignity and support for both the patient and the family during the final stage of life. Having a regional organization close by means families don’t have to look far for help.
