Gridley Hollow Honey Company

Gridley Hollow Honey Company produces artisanal honey in Cortland County, part of the Made in Cortland group of local products. Its bees visit wildflowers fueled by abundant sunshine, and the company credits pure mountain water for the healthy, flavorful honey that results, a sweet product with a strong sense of place.

The company says it uses sustainable methods and invites customers to taste the difference for themselves. Local honey is a natural pick for anyone who likes a pantry item with a clear connection to the place it came from.
