Grandpa’s Back 40

Grandpa’s Back 40 is a vacation rental property in Milford, about five miles south of Cooperstown. A three-bedroom, two-bath home sits on 40 acres with a two-acre pond for fishing and paddleboating, plus a 480-square-foot deck made for barbecues.

The house is available through the summer, and it is within a short drive of Cooperstown Dreams Park, the youth baseball tournament complex. For something more rustic, two glamping sites offer a yurt-style bell tent with a queen bed, table and chairs, loveseat, recliner and a full set of dishes and cookware.
