Golden Spike Pub is a family-run pub in East Syracuse where craft draft beers and choice liquors meet a kitchen that turns out dishes to match. Owners Mary Klapan Celletti and her husband Jim run the place with their sons Dominic and Derec helping in the kitchen and at the bar.
The pub’s motto is that you are only a stranger once, and the goal is a welcoming local spot for an evening out with friends and family. East Syracuse grew up around the railroads, so the name fits a village with deep rail roots.
