Fulton Public Library
About
Fulton Public Library has been serving Oswego County since 1895, which means more than a century of lending books and helping neighbors learn. Its mission is to promote independent, self-confident and literate citizens through access to cultural, intellectual and informational resources, and to support lifelong learning.
The goal is to become the best community library in Central New York, and the range of materials shows that ambition: books, e-books, magazines, multimedia kits, CDs and DVDs. Public computers, printing, copying, faxing, scanning and free Wi-Fi round things out, along with one-on-one computer help.
