Frozen Rollies
About
Frozen Rollies is a mobile ice cream shop based in Utica, and a unique one at that. Instead of a storefront, it brings the treats to the customer, which makes it a fun fixture of summer in the Mohawk Valley. Utica is the Oneida County seat and a natural home base for a mobile business.
A mobile ice cream business is a natural fit for parties, block gatherings and community events, where a cold treat is always welcome. The business is a member of the New Hartford Chamber of Commerce.
