David’s Refuge

David’s Refuge is a Liverpool nonprofit devoted to families who care for some of the most vulnerable members of the community, including people with developmental disabilities. Its message to caregivers is that they are not alone and that what they do matters. Liverpool is a village on the shore of Onondaga Lake.
