Custom Homes by Ron Merle

Custom Homes by Ron Merle is a home builder in Baldwinsville, in Onondaga County, specializing in new home construction. As the name says, the work is custom, meaning homes are designed and built around the owner’s wishes rather than pulled from a stock plan. Homes built this way tend to reflect the owner’s taste.

Building a new home means a long run of decisions, and a local builder who knows the area’s building rules and winter weather has a head start. Baldwinsville, a village on the Seneca River, is a natural base for builders working in the northwest Syracuse suburbs.
