Cooperstown Distillery

Cooperstown Distillery is the village’s first and only farm distillery, making award-winning hand-crafted spirits from almost all New York State grown grains. Its field-to-flask approach ties the spirits directly to the farms of the region, and the distillery is one of the stops on the Cooperstown Beverage Trail.

Its bourbon was rated 95 in The Whisky Bible, and there is a new single malt whiskey to go with it. The distillery has two locations in Cooperstown, with tasting counters at both and distiller-led tours of the production facility. The second spot is the Cooperstown Beverage Exchange, which locals call The Bev.
