CNY Community Arts Center
About
An empty building in downtown Fulton became a home for the arts at CNY Community Arts Center. The group was founded in 2011 with a clear goal: to create a central place where people could come together through the arts, from actors to artists. Fulton is a city on the Oswego River in Oswego County, and that’s where it all happens.
It reached that goal in 2018, when it bought a building in downtown Fulton and carried out a lengthy renovation. Today the center houses all of its programming and gives educators, actors, artists and the wider community room for bigger projects.
