Byrne Dairy, Inc.
About
Byrne Dairy began in 1933, selling high-quality milk in glass bottles and delivering it to Central New York homes by horse-drawn wagon. Today it is a fourth-generation, family-owned producer of many dairy products, based in Lafayette, in Onondaga County. Its products have long been part of Central New York kitchens.
The company runs manufacturing plants around the region, including a fresh dairy plant and an ice cream plant in Syracuse, an ultra-high-temperature pasteurization plant in DeWitt and a cultured plant in Cortlandville. Quality, innovation and daily delivery are the values it points to.
