Byblos Mediterranean Cafe

About

Lebanese food came to Syracuse with Byblos Mediterranean Cafe, billed as the city’s first Lebanese restaurant. The kitchen makes its dishes fresh and from scratch, with an authentic, made-to-order menu that has even earned the cafe a turn on television. The cafe is part of the downtown Syracuse dining scene.

Favorites include beef, chicken and kafta kabobs, falafel, baba ghanouj, grape leaves and tabbouleh salad. For dessert, there is baklava and Turkish coffee. A food truck, called Byblos Street Grill, also takes the menu out to events around the region.
