Aqua Spa Float Center & Wellness Boutique

Aqua Spa Float Center & Wellness Boutique is a multi-treatment wellness spa in downtown Oswego. The menu goes well past a typical day spa, with float therapy, cryotherapy, infrared saunas, salt therapy and an oxygen bar. Oswego sits on the shore of Lake Ontario.

Guests can also try massage chairs, red light therapy using NovoTHOR, IV nutrient therapy and an all-natural holistic aesthetics department. Relaxation rooms and a wellness boutique on site round out the visit. The goal is a place for mind, body and spirit to rest.
