Adirondack Experience
About
Adirondack Experience is the largest museum dedicated to the history, culture and people of the Adirondacks. Based in Blue Mountain Lake, deep inside the Adirondack Park, it tells the story of the region through exhibits on how people lived, worked and played in the mountains.
For people from Central New York, it is a road trip into the mountains that explains how the Adirondacks were explored, settled, logged and enjoyed. It was long known as the Adirondack Museum. Oneida County Tourism features it as an attraction within reach of the Mohawk Valley.
