Smokey Hollow Maple Syrup

Smokey Hollow Maple Syrup is a maple producer at 8597 Pierce Road in Jordan, in northwestern Onondaga County. The farm makes pure maple syrup and a long list of maple products, including maple cream, granulated sugar, candy, maple popcorn, maple-coated nuts, fudge, mustard, barbecue sauce and hot sauce. Products are sold from a store on the farm and online, and the farm opens to visitors for New York’s Maple Weekend with tastings and a pancake breakfast.
